The truth behind the Education System

Is it even working?

Do you think the Education System is working for you?

As you know it, the education system is rooted in the Prussian model—an 18th-century creation with a singular aim: to produce obedient, docile soldiers who follow orders without question.

Why was this system created? Prussia, in its struggle against Napoleon, needed efficient soldiers. Their solution? An education system that churned out war machines—arms and legs to follow orders without hesitation, not minds to question or innovate.

This is the same system that moulds learners today, worldwide.

Think about this: there are over 8 billion people on Earth, and none share the same fingerprints. Yet, our education system expects everyone’s minds to function identically. Absolutely stupid!

The system has its rules and has convinced you to follow them. This cannot continue.

Only you know how you learn best. You are your best educator and your truest learner.

The change must begin within. You must educate yourself, learn independently, and think outside the conventional confines.

The system cannot accommodate the unique learning style of every individual. It will collapse under its weight, but the first crucial step is self-change.

The educators in these institutionalized settings don’t know who you are or how you work. They cannot understand your unique grasp of a topic better than you do.

Self-study is the pinnacle of capability. No one learns as effectively as one who teaches themselves.

Self-study is also the highest form of adaptability. In a constantly changing world, we must learn new ways while understanding the old.

To survive, we must adapt. To adapt, we must learn. And to learn, we must teach ourselves.

Self-study is the elixir of education. Its preservation is imperative.
