If they don’t have somebody trusted they can confide in

If they do not have a mentor

How do you expect them to master their subjects?

How do you expect an already over-worked, under-paid teacher at school to be a mentor to countless students at once?

Especially in the toxic culture of coaching classes in India?

We need change.

And we need it fast.

At the cost of producing results year after year

We’ve forgotten the price of humanity

And labelled every student out there as nothing more than a roll number.
